Shipping policy

Delivery is included in the purchase price. You will receive an email with delivery status information as soon as your order is shipped. Order preparation and dispatch typically take 2–5 days, as each product is made to order.

While average delivery time is 4 days within Latvia and 10 days internationally, delays may occur depending on order volume. If your delivery is delayed, please contact the delivery service directly.

Products from the "RTU Alumni Shop" may be shipped from different print facilities, so items might arrive in separate packages.
